Introduction

Welcome to Neuraviralux. These Terms of Service govern your use of Neuraviralux AI implementation and AI software solutions effective 2025.

1. Scope of Services

Neuraviralux provides tailored AI consulting, development, integration and support services. All services are delivered in accordance with project proposals and timelines agreed upon in writing.

2. Digital Information Products

Neuraviralux offers digital courses, guides and software licenses hosted on our platform. Access is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Updates and support for digital products are provided as stated in the product description.

3. Physical Goods

Certain AI software solutions may be supplied on physical media or hardware devices. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Shipping is arranged as specified in the order confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Refunds for service fees may be requested within 30 days of service activation. Eligible requests will receive a refund in the original payment account within 14 days after approval. Alternatively, services may be rescheduled once without additional charge. If a service is marked as non-refundable due to its bespoke or consumed nature, no refund will be issued because resources have been allocated and work performed.

4.2 Digital Information Products

For downloadable courses and guides, refund requests are accepted within 7 days of initial access. Upon approval, access to the material will be revoked and a refund will be processed to the original payment account within 7 days. This policy does not apply to any product explicitly stated as final-sale.

4.3 Physical Goods

Damaged or defective items may be reported within 7 days of delivery. After inspection, a replacement will be dispatched or a refund processed to the original payment account within 10 days. Shipping costs for approved replacements are covered by Neuraviralux. Products sold as final-sale are not eligible for refunds due to reduced inventory.
